We (19 of us) had our first(but not last!) dinner on the 15th and it was unanimous, it was FANTASTIC!! We moved right downstairs to the club and that was also THE BEST! We brought 17 others with us this time because we had so much fun on our 1st trip and they all will be back too. Thanks so much!

Great late night spot for food & drink.
Went to upstairs restaurant for 1st time ever. Sorry I waited so long to try! Will be back. Actually could have a regular coversation even with some sounds floating up from first floor. Cool building too. Great service, excellent food. Decent nachos in downtown Hartford?? A miracle!

I stayed at the Residence Inn last night (09/11/07)and was directed to your establishment. The staff and bartender were great. I had several drafts of the Naughty Nurse amber ale, I was greattttttttt and resonably priced. The French Onion soup too was good. What even made it better was my Boston Red Sox... coming from behind to win. The decor was period for the surroundings and was very comfortable. Thank you... p.s. The glass was full too...

I have to agree with Nick. Even though my beers were filled to the top, my date ordered house wine and they were $7.50 a pop for a half-filled small wine glass.

I just looked over your gallery. Everyone that's holding a beer has half a glass of head. I don't think that I'll bother going to a place that charges for a full beer and delivers a half of one - I won't pay for air in a glass.

Zoot Sims, the IPA with SIMCOE hop variety, was AMAZING...the best city steam beer Ive ever had, and there are some great ones...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE brew this IPA again, it was bitter and hoppy...just perfect, go ZOOT SIMS!!!

Mark is the best bartender that god has ever created. His ability to make customers feel at home and comfortable is what separates him from the pack. The managers need to respect mark and his ability, he should also earn a raise due to his uncomparble bartending skills. He also desreves to have a beer named after him in respect to the numerous college kids that brought their business to city steam b\c of mark. Weather he was working or not he always went out of his way to accomodate all of us and ensure we were having a great time.
